The 8 Limbs of Yoga: Part 3- In closing...


It is the end of June, which means the Yoga on the Lawn crew has completed the 8 Limbs of Yoga review!


This brief overview was a good place to start to allow the practitioner (you) to see that yoga encompasses more than what happens on the mat during the class.

Since this was a very brief overview, I mentioned to in class that if a deeper understanding of any of the limbs is desired my favorite resources are:

Feel free to find your own that resonates with you because each resource has some variations that may invoke something different for you and your practice.


So what to expect in July? We will do a deeper dive into pranayama practices (4th limb) along with a new yoga sequence that I hope you will enjoy!
