I make an effort to monitor the energy I surround myself with regularly. Some days, there are things I can't hear, things I shouldn't see or people I shouldn't engage with.

It could be due to the energy these things bring to the environment or sometimes it is me (knowing that my own spirit is weak). Knowing where I am on any given day is an important part of me maintaining my balance (my peace). This is self-awareness...
